President
Roberto Herrera is the owner of condo unit 301 with his wife Jamie. He is from Guadalajara, Jalisco Mexico and currently lives is Pasco, Washington. Roberto serves the board as both the President, Building Manager and Treasurer. He brings experience in Information Technology, Small Business Start-ups as well as managing expense budgets and handling international banking transactions. He is bilingual in Spanish and English. He loves his native Mexico and when he was told by his nephew about this "little town" Sayulita he must check out, he decide to visit with his wife and son in 2019. They all fell in love and quickly decided to make Sayulita their home base in Mexico!
Secretary
Luis Rojas is the owner of condo unit 101 with his wife Marisol. He is from Leon, Guanajuato Mexico. He serves the board as both the Secretary and Vice President. Luis brings extensive experience in International Business Sales and Negotiations as well Property Management in Mexico and is bilingual in Spanish and English. He also serves on the Design Committee with his wife Marisol who is an Interior Designer. Luis is passionate about design and making our condo building run smoothly while being functional and beautiful. His wife grew up coming to Sayulita and it holds a special place in their hearts.
